We don't have Beis Hamikdash now, the halachos are different.
Perhaps you want them to start playing music with instruments on Shabbos and Yom tov too, as was done at the Beis Hamikdash? Maybe the neo-Hasidics will start that before long too. They follow in the steps of the Reform Temples.
FYI This was not on Shabbos or Yom Tov it was on Chol Hamoed, a day when you "kalteh litvaks" daven like it was another day of the year. They came to daven and this is the way they expressed themselves! I see nothing wrong with this. Who said that your way is correct? Maybe davening with Simcha with instruments is what Hasem really wants? Do you wanf Hashem to judge you like you are judging them?
What are the guitars doing there? Is it a Reform Temple???
ReplyDeleteHuh?
ReplyDeleteSo was the בית המקדש reform? Because they played instruments there too!
