At this point in time the NK is no longer a Jewish group. They are Palestinian nationalists group. They possibly keep most mitzahs in their private lives. But the cause they fight for is no longer a Jewish one but rather the cause of Palestinian nationalism. Years ago they ran around telling Jews that "Zionism isn't Judaism" Today (like many secular Jewish anti-religious groups) they run around telling non-Jews that "Palestinian Nationalism is Judaism"
