Below is a compilation of the many insane remarks made by Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson at her Senate hearings this week.
These comments include: Her inability to define “woman”, claiming that calling President Bush a war criminal was not intended to disparage, refusing to acknowledge there are biological differences between men and women, refusing to say whether a Hispanic can decide that he is really an Asian, refusing to say whether an unborn child can feel pain at 20 weeks during birthing, and refusing to regret sentencing a convicted child pornographer to 3 months in jail.
Further proof that choosing a nominee based on gender and race, rather than merit, does not get the highest caliber.

First of all, understand the overall position. These hearings are just for show. She could show up dressed as a flamenco dancer and shout slogans in Swahili and the Democrats would praise her diversity and proud cultural heritage.
ReplyDeleteSecond, in the Woke world, there are no men and women. There are people with penises and people with uteruses and that's it. So she won't answer questions about actual, you know, biology.
If the Supreme Court wants to know the definition of a woman, they can always turn to conservative Justices Thomas and Kauvanaugh, whose histories of assault and rape make them experts in what women are (for). Personally I call my lawyer Rudy G for questions about hair grooming products. I look to President 45 for trenchant, well thought out comments regarding Putin's intelligence, mindset, and inherent goodness. For the really complex issues such as virology, epidimeology, disease prevention ,and public health, my go to is the man who knows nothing about everything, Tucker Carlson.

ReplyDeleteYou are really being disingenuous, we all know who you turn to.
To the demented Biden and to his VP the "the cackling Camel. And now you will be turning to a Supreme Court Justice that can't define what a woman is and represented the Taliban. She also called a sitting president a "war criminal"...and yes we know that you go for "your public health questions" to the ugly guy with a penis that dresses up to the entire nation as an old lady!

ReplyDeleteLiberal Liar!
Justice Thomas was never accused of "assault and rape" he was accused of being inappropriate. Justice Kauvanaugh was indeed accused of
"assault and rape" but the victim's own mother called her a liar, and all her friends didn't recall her ever sharing this on the day it supposedly occurred. During the extensive investigation it was found out that The "victim" had a habit of accusing many of her former boyfriends of rape and assault.
