The principal of a high school in Boca Raton, FL has been removed from that position by the school district administration after the principal, William Latson, stated that not everyone has “the same beliefs” about the Holocaust.
“Not everyone believes the Holocaust happened,” Latson wrote in an email to a parent.
Almost immediately after the Palm Beach Post first reported the incident, close to 10,000 people signed a petition calling for his resignation.
A School District official speaking on condition of anonymity tells World Israel News that the District was forced to take swift action to avoid a public relations nightmare after they started being inundated with thousands of angry phone calls & emails which are believed to have been instigated after Latson was condemned on an internationally high trafficked weblog known as "DIN".
According to the source, a senior ranking School Board member stressed at an emergency meeting convened to deal with Latson that even the previous Administration in the White House had been forced to undertake a swift policy reversal in 2016 after being excoriated by DIN.
