Rabbi Mizrachi Says "Mitzvois Are Not Rewarded Forever"

In the video below you can listen to R' Mizrachi, (at  2:58)the "Holocaust denier" state that the reward for Mitzvos such as Tzedakkah or gifting Tefillin for someone is limited, the ignoramus states that once you gave it ... the mitzvah is over!

This goes against Rabbinic Theology that states emphatically that the rewards for all mitzvois are נצחיות, forever...infinite!

What boggles my mind is there are people out there that follow this huge Am Ha'Aretz!

  1. I'm certainly no fan of Mizrachi and don't feel any need to defend him. However, in this case I just think he didn't articulate properly what he meant. If you buy someone tefilin you get the z'chus for that mitzvah only as long as the person is wearing the tefilin. If you do something that has residual effects, like kiruv, you get the z'chcus for all the residual effects. That's all. I don't think he denies that reward is eternal even though the mitzvah has ended.
To me, the fact that he speaks without depth and clarity to a crowd that doesn't know better is, in a certain way, worse than the ignorant vile fecal matter he occasionally spews. Almost every statement he makes is lacking depth, clarity and real understanding. He'll quote one maamar chazal without taking others into account or without an understanding of how that one specific maamar fits into the bigger picture of judaism. To me that's much more dangerous when teaching and being mekarev people.

I noticed that some Sefardi speakers do the same thing to prove their points, incluing one other prominent one that does kiruv speeches . The same is for ant-Zionists Hareidi rabbis when speaking about Israel, so he isn't an isolated case.
