  1. No surprise here, Rabbi Kotler, founder of Lakewood, was every much an avid anti-Zionist as Satmar. These demonstrators take falsehood, chillul Hashem, lashan horah to a new level. I blame all the rabbis who taught them, no exceptions.

  2. These two antisemitic and anti Jewish Satmar manifestos "AL HAGULA V'AL HATMURA" and "VAYOEL MOSHE" have managed to poison the minds of tens of thousands of Jews with unadulterated hatred towards our one and only holy land and to its inhabitants, good job Reb Yoilish.

  5. Here is''אש המנובל': And I must say that HaRav Aharon Kotler zt"l should certainly not be criticized. He was a huge Gadol and I don't think he was Anti-Zionist as you know it. He was very instrumental in the Chinuch Atzmai program!

    1. Hey, if they stop the funds to Williamsburg, we will move to your area, do you realize I purchased my house with a down payment of 50g and it's paid off and I can get 2.5 million,

  7. AishKodesh,
He may have been a gadol, but he was in fact an ardent anti-Zionsit, and didn't calculate well when he urged his students in Vilna to stay when Nazis invaded, many of them were murdered and he escaped. For that reason, a rabbi who was his contemporary in Vilna and subsequently moved to Bensonhurst Brooklyn, refused to speak to him.
Either we tell the facts or we revise and glorify gadolim. He was human and he made mistakes.

  8. Why do you call him איפה אש המנובל , he doesn't agree with the violence but tries to bring peace.I don't think he realizes the hate behind anti-Zionists positions but he doesn't deserve this garbage name.

  9. To 7:33 PM, First, I am not so sure that he was ardently Anti-Zionist... Why then would he be an instrumental part of Chinuch Atzmai? And #2, at that time, you must understand that most of Zionism was non-Frum and trying to mess up Frumkeit.

Baruch Hashem, however, HaRav Avraham Yitzchok HaKohen Kook zt"l came along and turned Zionism into something that could also be Frum! He actually did us a huge service that could have possibly brought Achdus to the entire Klal Yisroel... Not saying it was anybody in particular who caused it, but unfortunately, it doesn't look like we have taken advantage of the possible Achdus that Rav Kook zt"l helped to generate.
