Look, the card itself isn't a terrible idea, but I don't quite agree with how it is made... It also depends on what situation you're in. I know a gutt'e frum mentch who sometimes will shake women's hands at work so as to avoid causing a Chillul Hashem, becaue they know he is a frum Jew. So it definitely depends...
Shomer Negiyah is very, very important, don't get me wrong, and it should be kept as much as possible -- but it doesn't surpass the prohibition against Chillul Hashem.
If you hold that you shouldn't be shaking hands with the opposite gender for religious reasons, then BE A MAN, AND SAY IT. What do you expect to accomplish with the cards, exactly?

The should receive a card that says: "I'm really pleased to meet you. But you're crazy if you think you're going to represent our company that way".
