Eida Ha'Chreidis "paint" a Chicken to look like a Brakel to Get a "Kosher" Psak

So you think that the  Eida Ha'chreidis went low to deceive the Chareidie public  to convince them that the chickens that they eat  is "trief" and not part of our Mesorah ... and market the unkosher bird, The Brakel, as the only kosher chicken and part of our Mesorah....????

Well they just went to a new low .....
They painted a regular chicken to look like The Brakel, and showed this real painted chicken to the Karlesbard Rav .....to get a kosher psak.... this according to the Hebrew Chareidie Blog, Bechadrei  Chadarim...

The Eida Hachreidis is a fanatical anti-Zionist group who attempted to feed the Jewish people Treif ..... all because of greed!
Not only is the Brakel treif according to even their own Rabbi ..Rav Sternbuch, but it taste like vomit. Belgian farmers use The Brakel for its eggs only, they dispose of the meat ...dogs won't even eat it .
And this a Heimishe Hashgacha! G-D help us all!

The Karlesbard Rav screamed at them "Fraudsters" "You dyed the chicken!!!"

  1. This whole chicken kashrut business makes Chareidi Judaism a laughing stock. The Torah elucidates which animals are kosher and which aren't, articulating the means by which a kosher animal can be identified.
When did this mesorah crap infiltrate Yiddishkeit?
It's not for nothing that The Torah demands:
Now we see why. The consequences are the corrupt Eidah and Satmar creating new Halacha out of thin air.

    1. AishKodesh 10:34AM,

How many things need to get out of hand before you'll condemn their religion as something abhorrent and different than the Judaism practiced by normal Orthodox Jews of many decades and centuries past. In other words, their kehilla has degenerated into a perfidious cult.
AishKodesh, just because you share certain rituals and mitzvos with them, doesn't make them an acceptable stream of traditional Orthodox yiddishkeit. These halachicaly challenged bozos are as far from Orthodoxy as the conservative and reform are.
No one should daven in their shuls , rely on their shechita or permit their bais din to determine anything halachicaly .

    From Arutz Sheva
"Police emphasized that throughout the investigation they enjoyed the cooperation of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. The police also clarify that the suspicions are directed against the rabbis themselves, and not at the Chief Rabbinate or anyone operating on its behalf."

    the EidaH itself is corrupt

  9. It is not 'their religion', Abe. The way of life of Chareidim is part of Judaism -- it doesn't matter what you say. I must be honest, you seem to have had some bad experience with black-hatters, for you are obviously bias against them....

Do you know that some of the greatest Gedolim ever were Chareidi? The heilige Chofetz Chaim zt"l himself was a black-hatter!

  10. Aishkodesh %%%, the "heilige" Chafetz Chaim wore one of the polish Russian black caps like many Chabad people wore a few years ago, like a baseball cap, not a Borsalino black hat. He also photographed himself with his womenfolk and presumably allowed to photo to circulate and then fanatical haredis are trying to photoshop them out of the picture just like the Sartmarer rebbetzin. The fanatical hareidim are pushing all kinds of new stuff and re on the way to destroy our kids with this ultra frum garbage, the Chafetz Chaim was not like that. The "heliige" Rav Moshe Feinstein and other "Heilige" rabonim sat at mixed dinners and mixed Shabbos meals and mixed seating at weddings, ate the food too and nobody complained. Suddenly, every hareidi is holier than thou and more heilige than previous generation rabbonim. Now every rag excludes fotos of women which never happened before, no wonder some of the women want to otd and become lesbians.

  11. AishKodesh 4:27PM,

You really think that the religion of kosher chicken deniers is part of your religion? You want to include kehilla that promote and protect pedophelia in your religion? If you consider yourself part of their chareidi society, it's easy to understand why so many go OTD.

  12. @ 11,32 from your opening statement it seems you're attacking the rabbanut, sorry, I can't read your modern Hebrew, so here's something for you from Life in Israel from Jan. 11, 2011, to show that an organization can't always contril its rabbis.

    The Eida's Kashrus Scandal
Every kashrus organization has its share of problems and scandals. It is part of the inudustry. What makes a good kashrus organization is how they respond and react to the problem. Do they fix it? Do they tale necessary action to correct it and ensure it does not happen again? Do they let it slide hoping nobody finds out?

Right now the Eida Hareidis is embroiled in the middle of a major issue. It all started when someone realized that the Eida has not shechted fresh meat for over 2 months, yet supermarkets, specifically Osher Ad, were still selling fresh meat during this period of time under the Eida label, "Hiddurim".

Rumors and accusations started to swirl that treife meat was being sold under the Eida label, and the accusations over who is responsible were flying in every direction.

Now the fight has escalated. A senior mashgiach is threatening to reveal much of the Eida's secrets, and he is saying he has had enough of their system in which real neveilos and treifos is being sold. He supposedly has the support of Rav Bransdorfer.

The Eida is threatening him with sanctions unless he retracts his statement, which for now he is refusing to do.

Is he just a disgruntled employee looking for some revenge? Is the Eida not coming clean?

As I said above, I have no problem with a fraud or a problem being discovered in a kashrus agency. It is part of the system. The issue is really how the organization responds and reacts. Do they fix the problem and introduce new safety features so it doesn't happen again or do they try to cover it up?

Many say this is a good example of why organizations like Rabbanut and Rabbanut Mehadrin are better than Eida and other private companies. With the public organizations, there is transparency. If there is a problem it gets out right away and has to be resolved fairly quickly. With the private organizations they can cover it up for a long time and nobody realizes they are eating treifos. And then, they can still deny or pass blame.
I hope they fix their problems quickly.

  14. don't we have hundreds of meat choices already /
The problem is not the drekel itself, it's the business driving behind it and it's causing unnecessary strife and bad feelings for no good damn reason. We eat didn't drekel for hundreds of years and suddenly we can't do without it. Now at weddings the hosts will offer choices of chicken, bison and drekel.let them just leave it be it's not important food.

  15. @5:56, It's not about the clothing he wore. He held many black-hat customs, etc. and was still one of the biggest Tzaddikim ever.

@Abe, that was a few people. And of course I don't totally believe the whole problem. IY"H, I will continue eating regular chicken on Shabbos as I usually do...

But again, you cannot judge a certain way by a few instances, people, etc. If you look into the stam Frum or Modernishe crowds, I am sure you will see scandals, R"L, if you want to, as well.... But nevertheless, they are part of the religion.

I once saw the saying (on the Emunah Channel): "Judaism isn't a religion, it's a relationship." So everything I guess is part of the religion -- but I don't know how much is part of the relationship with HaKadosh Baruch Hu.... and that is the Ikkar.
