    1. Lekovod DIN,
Rhizhiner descendents did. Other Rebbes of previous generations that as far as we know were chosov did. Why I don't know. Why the Tosher has to I don't know. This is not a Rebbe who knocks others he gives chizuk, tzedoka and brochos. He is accepted as a caring Tzaddik. I thought one of the points of this blog was to bring to light terrible things, unmask fakers thereby being marbe kvod shomayim, which it does. Don't stam pick on as far as we know ehrliche mentchin.

  4. Ruziner lived 200 years ago, now we have eretz yisroel and it would have been important for him to build his nice big home there. Plus it would have sent a message to all of chutz laretz.

    Rabbi Mikhal of Zlotchov told:
"Once when we were on a journey with our teacher, Rabbi Israel Baal Shem Tov, the Light of the Seven Days, he went into the woods to say the Afternoon Sabbath Prayer. Suddenly we saw him strike his head against a tree and cry aloud. Later we asked him about it. He said: 'While I plunged into the holy spirit I saw that in the generations which precede the coming of the Messiah, the rabbis of the hasidism will multiply like locusts, and it will be they who delay redemption, for they will bring about the separation of hearts and groundless hatred.'"

  7. it certainly good to be a Rebbe. Never do a days work or even lift a pinky, and live in the lap of luxury, and fall head over heals in money.. you dont even have to know how to learn, all you have to say is its our minhag not to say torah.

I understand your point, however, the Chassidishe Rabbonim are making all kinds of Takanim against Luxury ....so why is a Rebbe have luxury ...
Look how R' Eliyashev, R' Shlomo Zalman, R" Kanievsky, R' Shteinman live!

    1. With all due respect, I happen to the Kanievskys well, and every single one of Reb Chaim's grandshildren (and there over 70) and now even great grandchildren (and a lot of those too) get an apartment in Bnei Brak or Yerushalaim (which costs anywhere from $400,000 and up) when they get married. Every single one!

  9. The Chassidic economic "system" seems to be a type of forced medieval feudalism. Masses of ordinary Chassidim working in menial jobs, forbidden from getting an education and forbidden from entering professions, while the rebbes wallow like kings in luxury.

Lichtige ruach haKodesh. It could be a headliner for those ostentatious weekly photo magazines.

  11. Does this belong to the rebbe or does some wealthy Jew allow the rebbe to use his summer home?

  12. Every chasdisha guy at first lives his life to make money. Once he makes his money all he's thinking about is how he can enjoy it to the most. Bh at least the rebbe skips the first step.

  14. Stupid bad people talk when they don't know what they are talking about. Do your homework before you write a nasty commend you ferd and rusha! This house is for sale by a different person the Rebbe didnt build nor did he buy this house. He rented this house for 3 weeks probably payed few thousand dollars for renting. Still cheaper then traveling to Swiss (with 10 gaboim) and renting a villa there. Also probably wanted to be close to his chasiddim to help every needy person (this is 15 min from Tosh by car). Your a idiod and a bad person for talking on someone that never did to you or to anyone any bad in his life! only doing chassed and running away from covod.
