Jews reclaim Jewish home in "Moslem" Quarter, fulfilling the Prophecy of The Navie
While Satmar Chassidim are buying property in Bloominberg, Lakewood and other Chutz Leaaretz places ....real Jews are buying back the Jewish homes in the old city of Yerushalyim!
The Maharsha who besides his fantastic pirush of Shas was also the gadol & posek hador, holds that batei medrash in chutz laAretz have kedushas eretz Yisroel.
There is no need to make Aliyah. Some have found their Jerusalem in Boro Park, Lakewood or Monsey. Prior to WWII America was Chazir Treif & Eretz Yisroel "Heilig". Today some people claim that America is Holy & Eretz Yisroel is profane. Most Jews in Babylonia refused to go up to Eretz Yisroel in the time of Ezra to build The Bayis Sheni. There were Jews in Worms, France that refused to go back to Eretz Yisroel, claiming that they found their new home Jerusalem. Today there isn't a single Jew in Worms, South Germany. Out of 3 million Jews in Poland you are left with nothing. Out of 6+ million in America you have 450,000 Shomrei Torah Out of 6+ million in Eretz Yisroel we have 2 million Shomrei Torah We have the same 6 million as prior to WWII We should have 60 million Jews by now ... all lost through assimilation, intermarriage & ZPG (Zero Population Growth) America is a Bais HaChaim. Eretz Yisroel is vibrant in all aspects of Jewish Life. More than 300 Torah publications monthly. In America not more than 30. We have to know the difference between the Holy & Profane.

You're quoting the Marsha out of context, because although shuls in the diaspora may have kedushas Eretz Yisroel, he doean't mean that anything else in the Diaspora does. In fact, Chazal were gozer a Tumah on all over chutz laretz. How about this Marsha?
THE SIN OF NOT RETURNING TO THE LAND "A miracle should have occurred at the time of Ezra, but sin prevented it" (Berachot 4a). The Maharsha (Yoma 9b, s.v. kechomah) explains that Ezra's redemption was supposed to last forever, but the sin of not returning to Eretz Israel en masse prevented this from happening.
See Rshash Ketubot 111a ... Shelo yaalu bachoma ... read kachoma as in Yoma 9b With one letter the whole Shalosh Shvuoth is shelved according to the Rshash ...
