Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and boil potatoes until semi soft. I estimate that total boil time 5-7 minutes. Poke potatoes with a fork to make sure they’re semi-soft. <br />Drain potatoes and place them into large clear plastic bag. Season potatoes to taste with olive oil,salt , garlic powder, basil and rosemary . <br />Hold bag closed and shake to coat potatoes. Dump potatoes into large broiling pan and roast at 425 in oven until potatoes brown , about 45 minutes. . Turn potatoes every 15 minutes. Then broil potatoes for about another 15 minutes, turning every five minutes until fully browned.
