Residents who live near kindergartens in the city of Bnei Brak claim that standard safe rooms in kindergartens remain locked, and families with babies are forced to run long distances during an alarm.
One resident said, "If they don't open, we'll break the locks to protect our lives."

A few people did figure out who he is but some Ruv (who I suspect is one of the Satmar ones) is covering up with the excuse that he was "only charged with kidnapping". What a farce! He tried to escape by running to a building roof to remove his yarmulka & shirt (he stuffed them in the tuchess of his pants) but they nabbed him regardless of his "disguise". He admitted to the cops that he had romantic designs on the little pint size girl. His defense lawyer was the molester & terrorist loving scumbag Leo Kimmel, an old Torah Vodaasnik who became Modern Orthodox. He infuriated the Judge with his ridiculous "argument" that Mutterperl's behavior is "inappropriate" but not criminal.
