OUTRAGEOUS: French Condo Manager Demands Mezuzah Be Removed from Apartment Door
A Jewish family in a Paris suburb was told by their condo management to remove a mezuzah from the outside of their front door on the grounds that it was placed in a shared area without permission, and threatening legal action if the object is not taken down.

ReplyDeleteNo sweat guys... The french civil law perfectly admits mezuzot on the front door even in shared appartments buildings. This law is valid since 1965. It's not the first time that a real estate agency attempts to remove mezuzot. All the previous attempts were turned down in court and failed.
ReplyDeleteA mezuza is allowed just like a plaque, a carpet, christmas decos ecc.
I'd have thought the mezuzah would be on the inside already to prevent it from being stolen.
ReplyDeleteeven if not already without you help he probably dont like Jews after he reading alleh baredden you do to heimishe Yidden
ReplyDeleteYoely
DeleteThe one who " bared heimishe Yidden" was none other than the Satmar Rebbe himself who called rebbes like the Gerer Rebbe, the Vizniter Rebbe, The Belzer Rebbe, "Meenim & Apikorsim"! In his book Al Hagilah in the veryfirst pages he writes that those who have MKs in the Knesset and those who support those MKS are "Meenim & Apikorsim: he also called the majority of the Jewish people living in Eretz Yisrael the "Eirav Rav" as J said "those living in glass homes shouldn't throw stones"
