IDF Honors David Ben-Gurion on 52nd Anniversary of His Passing

At a memorial marking 52 years since David Ben-Gurion’s passing, the IDF Chief of Staff called for courageous leadership that confronts failure, rebuilds strength, and carries the nation forward without excuses or evasions.

He praised the IDF as a “human mosaic” that draws its power from the people, pledging to keep fighting, improving, and leading the next generation with responsibility at the core.

  2. Can you name one couple that got a child?
I grew up in New York, with all holocaust survivors never encountered a yemenite child.
    Possibly it happened in Israel.

It seems you never lived in Williamsburg; there were many Yemenite children there. And Aguda hired a law firm in Israel to stop the government from opening the files!

  3. I recently met a Satmar who dismissed DbG as a nobody. I reminded him that because of DbG, millions of Jews live free in their own country while, if the Satmar was in charged, most of them would still be languishing in DP camps in Europe.
