    The Ichud Kehilos are big talkers.
    They don't want to call ICE , which would immediately take care of the problem, because it's a chillul Hashem.

      ICE has been contacted, and they are actively working on the case.
      You can expect to see some developments, including arrests, soon!

      And yes, “harboring illegals” in this context means exactly what you think it does.
