From Chaim Shaulson
So the Viznitzer Rebbe told his Chassidim that the Gaon The Chazon Ish said that there would be no rockets falling in Bnei Brak and added that the Gaon Harav Kanievsky years later said that he was "taking responsibility and that the promise was still valid,"
And then with humility, the Rebe added "Today I am taking responsibility."
No sooner did these holy words come out of his mouth than Rockets started falling and murdered an elderly man!
DIN:
Relying on this Chazon Ish, Businesses started using the Public shelters in their Building as Offices! A huge scandal now in Bnei Brak!

Got it.It's ok to spew these posts after another in middle of the Matzav, but wrong to protest female pilots.Predictable.

ReplyDeleteMy understanding was that the Chazon Ish said as long as Rav Shach is around, in his zchus no harm will come to Bnei Brak.
ReplyDeleteYou mean the same Rav Shach that was for the Oslo Accords, or the Rav Shach that supported the evacuations of Jews from Gush Katif that caused all these problems!
DeleteYes.The same.He propounded more than once: It remains of far greater import that the jews in Tel Aviv & Yerushalaim be Jews! than that there be Jews over the Green Line
DeleteR' mordechai
DeleteHow about that he was wrong?
What did he do to get the Jews living in Tel Aviv and Yerushalayim to be Jews?
The answer is ZERO! He did nothing but "propound"
He was busy fighting with the Lubavitcher Rebbe!
The only justification for Rav Schach's position, although I doubt he realized it, was the Galil being > 50% Arab so perhaps it was more important to get Jews up there than in Gaza.
DeleteLord Jakubowitz would also bemoan draining of those passionate Jews from the Center, where they could have mattered more solidly, shifting to where they wouldn't having much of an influence. But they naturally mocked that, ploughing ahead chest thumping all the way. Then belatedly discovering how the public considered them a marginalized sector.
DeleteWhich should belatedly explain also how come the secular media found them so useful promoting them so positively back in the '80s setting them as up strawmen vs.the benighted charedim
Somebody had to! Even if,Dayenu! But dozens of other crucial issues too
Delete6:35
DeleteReading the secular media is like reading the Satmar manifesto, they are both on the same page! So telling me about them is like quoting from Der Shturmer!
Well duh every person is on the same page except for Zionist wackos like urself. Any person using his brain sees Israel is making this whole babba mysah about nuclear weapons up just so they can create more wars.
DeleteDin please answer how many Jews need to die for Israel to be satisfied and called a safe haven for Jews?

You must be watching Tucker Carlson & Candice Owens, this is word for word coming out of their perverted, filthy mouths!
"Din please answer how many Jews need to die for Israel to be satisfied and called a safe haven for Jews?"
I'll say that 6 million Jews were gassed including two of my own brothers because of the "Gedoilim" that said that Europe was "a safe place for Jews"
The safest place for a Jew is in Israel, you sound like the Meraglim from this week's parsha

Wait I’m confused now your saying that Israel is the safest place for the Jews?????? How?
DeleteAnd then at 8:12 you say you moved to Israel knowing full well you’re being surrounded by savages who want to kill you
Uh a stirah for Mr DIN!
Let’s add on to this shall we… all chareidim need go to the army but why? Isn’t Israel the safest place for a Jew? So strange that no other country drafts bnei torah
Din before you repeat all your stupid Zionist lies figure it out so they don’t contradict each other

Delete"Wait I’m confused"
You sure are! No truer words were said today! Not only are you "confused," you are also a stupid dope!
"So strange that no other country drafts bnei torah"
I'll let you into a secret! Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Yehoshua, Osniel, Devorah, Gidon, Shaul, Dovid, Shlomo, etc all drafted bnei _Torah, even Shevet Yissacher was drafted read Shoiftim Shiras Devorah

DeleteAnd you’re either brain dead or a shakran if you are bringing down the wars in Navi. The fact that you can’t answer a simple question shows your words are empty
He was only pro Oslo, if there were to be proper leadership. He didn't trust Rabin & Peres.
ReplyDeleteCohen
DeleteA week after R' Schach announced that he was pro-Oslo, 2 buses loaded with Jews were blown up!
He wanted "proper leadership?"
How can "proper leadership" hold back a terrorist from blowing up buses?
He was a very naive man, but was all for fighting with Rav Ovadia Yosef and the Lubavitcher Rebbe!
In retrospect, all his ideas were bankrupt!
For the past 20 years, Hamas has been launching missiles from Gaza and then Oct 7, had the Jews remained in Gaza , none of this would have happened!
What a colossal disaster!
To this day, go ask older seculars how much his Yad Eliyahu speech impacted them & changed the narrative
Delete6:44
DeleteNothing that Rav Shach ever said "changed any narrative."
His foe Chabad is what changed the narrative!
The victory in 67 changed the narrative!
Now October 7 is changing the narrative!
Except for his own Yeshiva, he was irrelevant!
Boy are you ignorant.Go into ask any retired Israeli foreign official how much of the world depended on him back then.
Delete11:16
DeleteI won't ask any " retired Israeli foreign official " they are all leftist anarchists, it is because of them that Israel was unprepared on Oct 7!
No one depended on him except for his Yeshiva
His son BTW is a staunch Zionist, I lived across the street from him many years in Flatbush, he wore a Kipa Seruga!
Is that what DIN has reduced himself to as part of his Zionist or Bust campaign? Attacking the Lamdan Hador Rav Schach ztl for correctly taking a stand against Meshichistus? Even Old School Chabsdskers agree he did Lubavitch a favor as a hoiroas shaah to put a major dent in that lunacy
ReplyDeleteFake News
DeleteRav Shach not only mocked and ridiculed a leader of thousands, he mocked and ridiculed Rav Ovadia Yosef too

If Rav Shach himself had no respect for talmeidei chachamim why should we respect him?
And you yourself mock talmeidei chachamim like the Lubavitcher Rebbe, so you are the last person to lecture anyone!
And you are the same one who called Rav Shmuel Kaminetzky.."Old Sam"
So shut the hell up!

You’re a self hating Zionistic Jew! So typical yawn. You and your like don’t mind if Jews die as long as the am hashem stops being am hashem which are rachmanim beyshanim and gomlei chasadim and start acting the the rest of the world. You’re a sicko a disturbed fellow with past trauma and issues. I feel bad for you but keep these issues and trauma to yourself no need to create a blog to spew your nonsense

You should do stand-up!
I chose to live with 7 million of my brothers and sisters, knowing full well that I am surrounded by millions of savages that want to kill me! While you are living in a comfortable home, writing comments in your basement so your wife and children won't see you on the internet that YOUR rabbis prohibited!
And I'm the Self-hating Jew?" LOL!
I have word for advice for you run to the drugstore and get Depends because pretty soon they will be rounding you up and you will be crapping in your pants and guess where you will try to escape?
The Zionist State!
Din your comments are full of so much vile and hate you sound just like the anti semites…..
DeleteYou make it sound like your some kind of hero bc your living in Israel and it’s so dangerous. Dudddddddeeeee you’re an idiot please provide a source for this mitzvah to be moiser nefesh to live in e”y?? Yes you got it there is none!

DeleteI was debating whether I should even answer your words of apikorsas, as many gedoilim warned us not to debate heretics!
You don't have to go any further than the parsha of this very week
Hashem answered your comment:
וּפִגְרֵיכֶ֖ם אַתֶּ֑ם יִפְּל֖וּ בַּמִּדְבָּ֥ר הַזֶּֽה׃
Reb Yaakov Me'emdin wrote in the early 1800'ss a siddur, in that siddur he has a preface called
where he explicitly writes that ALL צרות come to Klall Yisrael because they are not מוסר נפש to make Aliyah!
Calling out your sheer stupidity and ignorance is not " vile and hate" it's informing you that the Meraglim were hand-chosen by Hashem, and they were the Gedoilei Yisrael yet they went to Hell and brought everyone with them!
Why you ask?
Because not only did they talk לשון הרע on the Land but because they spoke bad about the people who lived in Eretz Yisrael ..
even though these people were רשעים themselves!
Speaking לשון הרע against those living in Israel, even the "Zionist" will bring
This happened during the Friday night tish. The Rebbe said everyone should stay calm and not to leave, and that he takes achrayes.
ReplyDeleteThat missile did indeed land in Ramat Gan, just a few blocks away from the Beis Midresh, and yes, it was a major miracle, it hit between two buildings. No deaths or major injuries.
The deaths occurred the following day, different attacks, the Rebbe didn't say anything, only on Friday night
Zaltzmacher
DeleteHe was taking "achrayes?"
Who even talks like that? Who the "H" is he to take ""achrayes?" "
What does that even mean?
What would he have done if a rocket came down" Take ""achrayes?"
He himself wasn't in a position to run to a miklat as he was recently operated on and he is still recovering and he is obese too.

AnonymousJune 17, 2025 at 10:22 PM
ROY did not speak in the bmg bais medrash. if i recall correctly, he spoke to a small crowd in the dining room.
It was approved by rav shach? what does that mean? rav shach was never in lakewood.
AnonymousJune 18, 2025 at 5:42 AM
I was there as a kid. He spoke in the (old) dining room to a packed crowd. Satmar sent busloads of chevra to disrupt. First they stood outside yelling but when they tried to come inside the bochrim pushed back and it became a riot. Rav Shneur was very upset.
I have no clue to what you are talking about!
Deletei also was there. (i am anon 10:22) I don't recall the crowd being "packed". My recollection is that Rav Shneur was not only upset by the pushing, he also was upset that someone invited him to speak (without permission) in the first place
