Boro Park resident Mendy Israel was arrested yesterday, March 2nd, on numerous charges related to sexual abuse, including two counts of Course Sex Conduct against a child in the first degree.
Under New York State law, a person is guilty of Course of Sexual Conduct against a child in the first degree when, over a period of time not less than three months in duration, he or she, being eighteen years or more, engages in two or more acts of sexual conduct which includes at least one act of sexual intercourse, oral sexual conduct, anal sexual conduct, or aggravated sexual contact, with a child less than thirteen (13) years old.
The arrest comes after JCW received multiple reports of child sexual abuse by Mr. Israel.

No one is suggesting that nothing should be done.
Although it's despicable that one Jew can inflict this kind of sickness to another Jew.
It just doesn't sit well, when a Jew is sitting in prison because of another Jew, no matter what the crime is.
Perhaps, he should be forced to pay for the therapists of the victims.
The humiliation he has and is going through is no small punishment.
When are you gonna get it? That punishment is a small part of it. It's about a deterrent and saving future victims. Mendy Isreal was at it for years and he has proved that only by separating him from society will stop him. Humiliation never stopped him. About never putting a Jew in prison it's time to stop with the guilt trip to save our children.

In the meantime if you know anyone Molested by this Pervert give them the courage to contact the Sex Crimes Unit in the DA's office and tell them your story even if it's past the statue of limitations and you don't wanna testify. It gives a boost to the DA's resolve.
