Daniella Moffson frum former Chai Lifeline Counselor killed in Honduras Tragic Bus Accident
Her name was Daniella Moffson, 21 years old and from Manhattan.
She was among 3 young women killed in Honduras in a bus accident. She attended Columbia University and graduated from Ramaz. Two others were killed as well.
All three women were part of a group working with Global Brigades, an international non-profit agency that pairs university volunteers from North America and Europe with local groups to help disadvantaged communities improve their quality of life.
The Lubavitch Shliach managed to speak to the coroner so that there would be no autopsy. Arrangements were also made to fly her back to New York for the levaya.
The Chai Lifeline family mourns the untimely loss of our dedicated, vibrant, one-of-a-kind Camp Simcha counselor Daniella Moffson.
Daniella was spreading to the world the same kindness she generously bestowed upon the campers of Camp Simcha when she was tragically taken from us.
We send our deepest condolences to her family and friends. She will be terribly missed.
